Our official network unlocks are processed remotely - we send off the IMEI for an official Apple unlock.
Once the unlock is processed on Apple servers your device is then unlocked for good and you're free to use it on any network.
Some of them do take longer than others, we'll notify you once it's completed. All you need to do is pop in your new SIM card, it helps if you're connected to wifi at this point and the phone will download a carrier update to complete the procedure.

O2 / Tesco Unlocks
These unlocks usually take between 1 and 3 working days. On occasions, it can take up to 5 working days. O2 & Tesco devices must be 6 months old before they can be unlocked from the network.
EE / BT / Virgin Media / T-Mobile / Orange Unlocks
All EE phones can now be unlocked, free of charge, without the need of a third-party such as ourselves. Please visit the EE Help section here for full instructions.
Almost all iPhone models on 3 (Three) are already unlocked. If for some reason it is not unlocked already, please contact us.
These unlocks usually take between 1 and 3 working days.
Once an unlock has been submitted, we are unable to cancel for any reason. Our times stated are how long they 'usually take' and on occasion take a little longer.
Occasionally the network unlocking servers are unavailable and can cause an extra delay in unlocking your device - we'll always try and keep you updated with any delays.
We're unable to speed up the process or ask for an update until the unlock is overdue. Please only ask for an update if it is past the expected unlock time.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays and Public Holidays.
