Subject to parts availability, we aim to repair your device the day it arrives. We return it using tracked, insured Royal Mail Special Delivery and send you a text or email update.

Battery replacements include a 90-day warranty. All other repairs include a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and faulty parts. Accidental damage is excluded.

REPAIR DETAILS
If you've dropped, smashed or cracked your iPad Pro 12.9 4th Gen (iPad Pro A2229, A2069, A2232) don't panic! We fix all damages and issues and provide a full 12 month warranty. Our reliable and effective repairs will solve a wide range of technical issues.
With the iPad Pro 12.9" the front glass is bonded to the LCD for a closer finish on the LCD. There's no visible air gap between the digitiser and LCD.
This means if the screen is broken - either the glass or the LCD - we'll replace the full screen in a single unit.
Most repairs can be performed on the same day - subject to product availability. Please let us know if you require an exact time as we will need to book it in advance. It's not usually a problem and doesn't cost any extra.
iPad repairs do take a little while longer than some repairs because we need to safely remove the glass to perform any repairs.
No, all of your data will be safely stored on the main board of the iPad. It's never a bad thing to make a backup of your data often - but it's not required for any repairs on this device.
Most repairs on the iPad Pro 12.9" 4th Generation 2020 can be performed the same day you bring it in, or the day we receive it, subject to parts availability. Contact us first if you need an urgent repair.
For options labelled Genuine Apple, we use genuine parts sourced directly from Apple and tracked through Apple repair systems. We use Apple tools, diagnostics and processes, including calibration of genuine Apple parts where required.

We recommend backing up your iPhone before any repair. A factory reset is not normally required. We run post-repair diagnostics when fitting genuine Apple parts.
For a genuine Apple repair, Find My must be turned off before service. You can do this in Settings or, if your device is not working, through icloud.com/find. Follow the preparation instructions in your order confirmation. Never share your Apple Account password with us.

Choose Repair Return Service at checkout and follow the instructions in your confirmation email. Use the optional Collect+ label or your own tracked courier. We return repaired devices using tracked, insured Royal Mail Special Delivery. Turnaround is subject to parts availability.
Back up your device and follow the preparation instructions in your order confirmation. For genuine Apple repairs, turn off Find My. For a battery repair, bring the battery level below 30% where possible. If the phone will not turn on, complete the steps you can. Read the full preparation guide.
