Terms & Conditions
These are the terms and conditions that apply to all repairs and services supplied to you by Phone Bar Ltd. It is important that you read these terms and conditions, including exclusions and disclaimers in respect of liability and loss arising from the services supplied by us, Phone Bar Ltd.
All contracts formed between Phone Bar Ltd and its users (you, the customer) shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with English Law.
Any disputes not resolved by the normal complaints procedure will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England & Wales under English Law.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
We have the right, at our discretion, to refuse to supply services you order.
Phone Unlocking Services are provided by a third party supplier. We do offer an estimated unlocking time period at the point of ordering. We aim to deliver the unlocking service within the timeframe specified; however, actual service delivery may be subject to delays outside of our control. We cannot be held liable for any compensation or damages as a result of late delivery. All mobile phone unlocking services are non-refundable once submitted and can not be cancelled, changed or refunded at any time due to any reason.
Repair services are subject to availability. If we do not supply the repair service we will refund any money already paid. We will not be liable for compensation or damages if we do not supply a repair service.
We aim to deliver any service within the timeframe specified at the time of ordering; however, service delivery may be subject to conditions outside of our control. All delivery times are approximate and we will not be held liable for any compensation or damages as a result of late or non-delivery.
Please check repaired device on delivery. If your device is delivered damaged, unrepaired or with further faults you must inform us within 7 days of delivery. If you do not inform us within 7 days we shall have no liability for your device said to be damaged/faulty on arrival. This does not affect your statutory rights.
You will only be entitled to the repair service once we have received payment in full. You will be responsible for delivering the device to us either by delivering in person to our store, or using your own delivery or courier service.
Every care has been taken in the preparation of our service. However, as far as is permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, expressed or implied as to the accuracy of information contained herein.
We do not accept any responsibility for any web site not under our control, which may act as a portal for our site, or be connected by hypertext links from our site.
All parts supplied by Phone Bar Ltd are brand new, unless stated or requested by the Customer.
Devices repaired by us are only covered for faulty workmanship on parts, and for parts that fail due to manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover failure from “fair wear and tear”.
Warranties do not cover loss or damage due to negligence, accidents, theft, flood, fire, earthquakes, electrical storms or any other act of God or any war related events.
Phone Bar Ltd reserves the right to suspend or cancel warranties for failure to pay monies owing to us as a result of non-warranty work being carried out on a device at the request of the warranty holder.
All our repairs are covered by a standard diagnostics fee of £19.99 whether a device can be repaired or not.
All repair services are covered by a 12 month warranty. If the same problem re-occurs within 12 months of the original repair (stated on the invoice), Phone Bar Ltd will replace faulty part where applicable. Excludes faults caused by negligence or “fair wear and tear.” Any repair carried out will void any manufacturer warranty on your device.
Any repair performed on a device under warranty whereby no fault can be found, or the fault is not covered under warranty (i.e. new fault other non-warranty cause herein stated) a ‘No Fault Found’ fee of £19.99 may be payable by the warranty holder.
All devices will be returned as standard by Royal Mail Tracked delivery. Phone Bar Ltd will not be liable for devices lost in the post and any claims will be directed to Royal Mail. Alternatively you may collect your device in-store with proof of check in and identification.
Phone Bar Ltd reserves the right to change these conditions at anytime without notice.
DISCLAIMER
Customer shall back up all data stored on the device to be repaired before returning or submitting to us for repair.
Phone Bar Ltd does not accept any liability for data or software which is lost, corrupted, deleted or altered during repair. Customer accepts full responsibility for Customer software and data and Phone Bar Ltd are not required to advise or remind customers of appropriate backup and other procedures.
Phone Bar Ltd will not be liable for any damage caused to other equipment by Goods supplied.
Phone Bar Ltd have permission from the customer to replace assemblies or components with devices of similar, or better, design and capability.
Phone Bar Ltd have permission from the customer to carry out the work on the equipment in need of repair.
