Hassle-free Returns

Nothing in our returns policy affects your statutory rights and our hassle-free returns are provided in addition to those rights.

ITEMS PURCHASED ONLINE

We guarantee to refund or exchange any item you’re not completely happy with, providing you return it to us in an unused resalable condition within 30 days of the date of order. All items must be returned in their original boxes and packaging.

Some items are excluded from our hassle-free returns policy and can only be returned if faulty – such as hygiene items (headphones, AirPods, Galaxy Buds) – and will be clearly marked as such on the item pages on our website.

We aim to process all returns within 10 working days of us receiving the goods back into store.  However please make sure you include a copy of your packing slip received with the order – this will help us identify the order and speed up the refund process.

How much does it cost to return something?

Unwanted items – if you’ve changed your mind, you don’t like it or don’t want it anymore that’s fine! No problem. We’ll send you a pre-paid label to send it back for only £3 per return, we’ll deduct this from your refund.

Faulty or Damaged items – if an item has arrived damaged, is faulty or not working – we’re sorry! We’ll provide a pre-paid label to send it back to us, and you can choose a refund or replacement. Just fill in the details on the returns form.

Returning your item

Returning an item couldn’t be easier! Simply scan the QR code on your packing slip to access the returns portal or visit https://www.phonebar.co.uk/a/returns.

At our returns center you can choose a return reason from the prepopulated items, please ensure you select the closest one to your return reason to apply the correct return cost.

Returning by CollectPlus

CollectPlus is a quick, convenient way to return parcels via local shops, petrol stations, universities and shopping centres. Once you’ve completed our returns form on our returns portal, you’ll be sent a pre-paid returns label. Remove any delivery labels and attach this new label to your items (just pop it in a bag, or envelope) and drop off at your local CollectPlus location where you’ll be given a receipt and tracking number.

Refunds

If you’d like a refund, these will be given at the original purchase price (excluding any delivery charges) and made to your original payment method.

Refunds will be made to your original payment method – where a debit or credit card was used, you’ll need to bring this same card and the cardholder will need to be present; otherwise we’ll offer an exchange or gift voucher instead. Refunds onto credit & debit cards can take up to 10 working days.
