Can I just replace the broken glass screen?
It doesn't matter if you've broken the glass or the LCD - we change both with one factory sealed unit. We don't offer glass only repair on this device due to the curve of the screen.
How long do repairs take?
Most repairs can be performed the same day - subject to product availability. Please let us know if you require an exact time as we will need to book it in advance. It's not usually a problem and doesn't cost any extra.
We don't normally keep Samsung parts in-stock, so to speed things up - if you'd like a repair you can checkout online and select 'Store Pickup' - once the parts arrive, we'll notify you to bring it in and we'll need it for only a few hours on the day.
Will I lose everything on my phone?
No, all of your data will be safely stored on the main board of the phone. It's never a bad thing to make a backup of your data often - but it's not required for any repairs on this device.
