If you've dropped, smashed or cracked your Samsung Galaxy A25 (A256) don't panic! We can fix that with a 12 month warranty so you can have your Samsung Galaxy up and running again no time.
Most repairs can be performed within an hour - subject to product availability. Please let us know if you require an exact time as we will need to book it in advance. It's not usually a problem and doesn't cost any extra.
We don't normally keep the parts for this device in stock - for the fastest service, checkout online and we'll let you know 1-2 working days later when they arrive. You can then pop the phone in for an hour at a time convenient to yourself to perform the repair.
No, all of your data will be safely stored on the main board of the phone. It's never a bad thing to make a backup of your data often - but it's not required for any repairs on this device.
Many Samsung repairs can be completed in around two hours once the parts are ready. Some parts need to be ordered first. We will confirm availability and an estimated turnaround before you bring or send your device to us.
