Job Description

At Phone Bar, being a Technician means working alongside the front of house team to process and provide a service from the repair workshop at Phone Bar. You will be required to complete repairs as directed by your manager and follow our in-house software built for managing repairs. You'll be responsible for delivering the kind of repairs our customers have come to know and trust.

Key Responsibilities

• To consistently ensure our repairs are of the highest quality
• Build on the great Phone Bar brand by delivering high class customer service and first class repairs
• Organise and communicate with the front of house team using our in-house software to ensure customers are updated with repair information

Other Responsibilities

• Ensure that all procedures and repairs comply with Health & Safety at all times through all procedures and ensure that the store is a safe working environment at all times.
• Follow directions from the store manager to ensure a smooth workflow

Specialist Skills and Experience

• Ideally 1+ years’ experience repairing smartphones and tablets (iPhone, Samsung, iPad)
• Ideally 2+ years repairing computers
• Energetic and proactive with an excellent customer focus
• Positive, can-do and friendly persona
• Experience of working in a fast paced, pressurised environment
