Do I need to book an appointment?

There's no need to book an appointment - we're open as normal for walk-in repairs.

For most Apple devices we have the parts in-stock for 1-2 hour repair.

For most Samsung devices we keep the screens in-stock for 2 hour repair.

When do I pay for my repair?

You can pay on collection (this is our preferred method).

If you'd prefer to pay in advance you can do so - though it's not normally required.

Are you approved by Apple? Will the repair affect my warranty?

We are an Independent Repair Provider with Apple.

This means our genuine Apple repairs are provided using parts sourced directly from Apple. We use Apple tools and processes to ensure a safe and reliable repair. These will not affect your manufacturer warranty.

We do also offer 3rd party repairs for (usually) a lower cost - these repairs will affect your warranty.

I have an order from Wish that I need to pick up?

That's great! Just pop in and pick it up - bring the QR code as normal.

We're open Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm for Wish collections.

We're allowing 1 customer in at a time.

Can I drop off my UPS parcel?

Yes! We're open 9am to 5pm Monday to Saturday for UPS drop off and UPS missed parcel collection.

If you're collecting a parcel that has been dropped off with us because you weren't in to accept it - please bring a form of ID.
