Collect from our Ashby Store within 1 hour - if an item is in stock, it's available to collect. Order by 3:30pm for same day collection (if you're in a hurry, just give us a call first and we can have it ready within 10 minutes).
Delivery is free anywhere within the UK (extra charges for certain highland postcodes and remote zones set by Royal Mail. Please contact us for details, or view prices at the checkout).

You should receive your item the next working day (please allow 1-3 working days due to Royal Mail delivery timescales).
Royal Mail are reporting longer delivery times (an extra 1-3 days on 24 hour services) due to local COVID rules and increased staff absences and restrictions within their network. Please note we're unable to refund or replace items not delivered until 10 working days have passed since posting. We apologise for any inconvenience caused during this extraordinary times.

Though we hope you won't ever need to return an item purchased from us - we understand that sometimes you'll order the wrong item or change your mind - and that's absolutely fine. - Simply take your unwanted or faulty items in to store
- Remember to bring your receipt, invoice or order reference number to speed things up
- We will check the items and confirm they were purchased in the last 30 days
- Then we can make an exchange or issue a refund against the original method of payment (see PayPal process below)

Can I return something even if it's not faulty?
Yes, within 30 days of purchase and as long as the items are returned unused and in a saleable condition complete with their original packaging and any promotional items associated to the purchase.
What should I do if I've already used something and it's faulty within 30 days?
If an item becomes faulty within 30 days from the date of purchase, then you have a legal right to reject the goods and receive a full refund or a replacement.
If it is possible to do so, please return items to store with all their components and include any promotional extras that came with them. If you cannot return the item to a store, please get in touch to arrange a return.
What should I do if a product is faulty after 30 days?
If an item is faulty and you purchased it more than 30 days ago, it is our aim to get the problem put right as quickly as possible. Depending on the circumstances, your statutory rights may entitle you to a repair or replacement, or we may offer a refund or price reduction.
I paid by PayPal, how do I receive a refund?
PayPal refunds work the same as credit or debit card refunds - they'll be processed when you return an item but funds may take 3-10 working days to become available - depending on the payment method used on your PayPal account.
